Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders over $100 qualify for free domestic shipping to addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Shipping is available to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at allthatsgoldendesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at allthatsgoldendesigns@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
